Four Honeymoon Don'ts
Though some couples may have spent a lot of time together before they finally said “I DO,” the honeymoon is still another way for them to get to know each other better this time as man and wife. This is also the right time for them to talk about the future now that they've finally crossed the first bridge and that is getting married.
The honeymoon is also a great time for them to reflect, to look back and look forward together. During this time they will have to settle with the fact that whenever they have to make a particular decision the partner will always have to be considered. Your honeymoon is a special time so here are some No-No things to do when you are on a honeymoon.
1. Do not bring your PSP or any Portable gaming console. Gaming is not only limited to men; some women are into this too. It is not a good idea to bring any gaming console along with you on your honeymoon because you might probably end up playing with it the whole time instead of doing various activities with your partner. These gaming consoles will only serve as a distraction and will eventually defeat the whole purpose of your honeymoon.
2. No Laptops. Again it is a fact that almost everyone is hooked to internet surfing. Bringing along a laptop will only tempt you to sit down in front of it and surf the net instead of going out there exploring the area with your new spouse. Another thing, you might end up using your laptop instead of talking with your partner. Remember communication is essential to get to know each other better.
3. No Work. Your honeymoon is like your first vacation as man and wife so do not ever bring your work with you. You will have enough time to bury yourself with all the paperwork once you get back from your honeymoon but mind you the honeymoon is your alone time with your new partner so don't let anything keep you from doing so. Leave anything that is related with your work especially your work phone. Spend time with your new partner not with your work especially when you are on your honeymoon.
4. No drooling over single women or men. You just got married and you just made a vow to stick to only one man or woman. Although drooling is really not a sin or anything but the act itself might offend your new spouse. Remember that you are no longer single so you might want to keep those drooling acts in check. Your spouse would really appreciate it if you shower him or her with attention. That is why you are on honeymoon so you will have time for each other and not to check on some single guy or girl sitting alone in the bar or at a table.
As man and wife it is up to you how you will make your honeymoon memorable. Do not let anything take away or ruin the magic of your first few days and nights as husband and wife. Remember that it may only take place once so make the most out of it.
